1、参与大模型智能体/工作流的研发与构建工作，根据业务场景需求完成智能体能力设计和功能迭代，搭建标准化、可复用的大模型应用体系，满足不同业务场景的智能化需求； 2、参与大模型应用平台、智能机器人平台的核心功能开发与性能优化，保障平台稳定、高效、安全运行，支撑内部业务赋能和场景落地； 3、调研跟踪主流大模型技术、框架及行业落地方案，结合业务痛点与场景需求，持续优化平台架构与应用方案，解决开发及落地过程中的各类技术问题； 4、基于实际业务应用场景，探索功能创新的新思路、新方案，推进大模型应用的效果迭代与能力升级，提升智能化应用的准确率、实用性与适配性。

1、计算机相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历，留学人员需取得教育部学历学位认证； 2、能熟练运用Python、Java中的至少一种编程语言，具有较强的编程能力； 3、熟悉大语言模型基本原理、提示词工程、RAG检索增强、智能体搭建、大模型工作流编排、Agent Skill、Harness Engineering等核心技术，了解大模型落地应用的完整流程，具备大模型应用开发相关认知与实践基础； 4、了解LangChain、LangGraph、Hermes等主流框架，能够熟练运用相关框架拆解业务需求、搭建应用架构、解决各类场景化技术问题，适配多样化业务开发需求； 5、性格开朗，责任心强，具备较好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，有良好的执行能力、学习能力、适应能力。
