Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable and service-minded General Affairs Associate to support our Tokyo office and operations across Japan. The primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations at each location, providing support for cross-departmental projects, and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives, as well as establishing the necessary systems to support these efforts.

Candidates must current resides in Japan with valid work visa. We do not accept overseas application for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • • At least 5 years of work experience in any industry • Business English / Native Japanese skills. Or fluent/native English and business level Japanese (external communication required) • Ability to execute daily tasks independently and multi-task a wide range of topics in a efficient and timely manner • General back-office operational experience • Negotiation with external suppliers and contractors • Experience working in a multinational members • A deep understanding of diversity and a flexible mindset • Hospitality mindset • Ability to identify issues proactively and propose improvements • A positive attitude to learning and implementing new ideas in a growing business
