The posting

Dans le cadre des projets d'évolution de la cyberadministration, notre client souhaite se renforcer en analyse métier pour répondre à de nouveaux besoins liés à l'IAM et aux référentiels transversaux. L'analyste effectuera des études, des analyses, des recherches de solutions, la coordination des tests métiers et la réalisation des tests d'intégration, sur des projets menés en méthodologie agile. Tâches Contribuer aux évolutions des référentiels transversaux de la cyberadministration Contribuer aux évolutions en matière d'identités numériques Garantir que la solution respecte les exigences fonctionnelles et gérer les changements Décrire les fonctionnalités sous forme de user stories et critères d'acceptance, les prioriser dans un backlog Animer et participer à des ateliers avec les parties prenantes Éliciter les besoins métiers pour affiner les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles Définir la stratégie et l'organisation des tests ; concevoir et exécuter les tests (ex. XRAY) ; piloter l'exécution des cas de test Gérer les anomalies, assurer le reporting des tests et la rédaction des PV Requirements Diplôme HES, licence en informatique, EPF ou diplôme fédéral Expérience de 8 ans et plus dans l'analyse fonctionnelle/métier de projets informatiques Élicitation des besoins et priorisation des attentes clients ; expérience significative en spécification sous forme de user stories Expérience de 3 ans et plus dans des équipes Agile/Scrum Élaboration et mise en œuvre de stratégies de tests ; gestion d'une recette utilisateur (UAT) et suivi des anomalies Communication client, montée en connaissances rapide (enjeux fonctionnels et légaux), appréciation de la criticité, négociation et simplification de fonctionnalités Parfaite maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit Animation d'ateliers collaboratifs ; communication à haut niveau ; backlog (JIRA) ; plans de tests (XRAY) ; référentiels de données ; travail matriciel Atouts : certifications CBAP/ISTQB/IIBA, Hermès, méthode agile, normes eCH, automatisation de tests, allemand ou suisse-allemand, administration publique Leadership, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, gestion de plusieurs projets en parallèle
