Le secteur Stockage et Sauvegarde du service Systèmes Informatiques de notre client cherche à renforcer son équipe avec un·e gestionnaire de service chargé·e de piloter les services de soutien Stockage et Sauvegarde. Poste à 100%, démarrage au plus tard en septembre 2026. Tâches Établir et gérer la feuille de route des services sous gestion Garantir la mise en œuvre des directives de sécurité et des processus internes pour la livraison de résultats de qualité Préparer et animer les comités opérationnels avec les utilisateurs et les partenaires Participer aux projets impactant les services sous gestion Développer et tenir à jour des indicateurs sur les services délivrés Tenir à jour les éléments de configuration dans les référentiels (CMDB, catalogue de services) Communiquer sur le service, ses objectifs, ses niveaux de service et son périmètre Effectuer des revues de risques et définir des plans de mitigation Identifier les besoins d'évolution, anticiper les changements et accompagner leur mise en œuvre Requirements Diplôme HES, licence en informatique, EPF ou diplôme fédéral ; certification ITIL V3 minimum obligatoire Expérience de 3 ans et plus en gestion de produits ou services IT, idéalement en environnement complexe ou réglementé Expérience sur au moins un projet avec des équipes techniques pluridisciplinaires Maîtrise opérationnelle des bonnes pratiques ITIL (incidents, changements, SLA) Solide culture technologique dans le stockage et la sauvegarde Expérience avérée en coordination d'incidents complexes et en gestion des risques d'exploitation Organisation du travail d'équipes transversales en environnement matriciel ; pilotage et reporting ; participation aux audits Appréciation de la criticité, protection des données, feuilles de route, chiffrage de solutions, négociation SLA, marchés publics (AIMP) Leadership, sens du service, excellente communication écrite et orale en français, esprit de synthèse
