The posting

Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients grands comptes, nous recherchons un Expert SharePoint (Nintex K2) spécialisé sur les technologies Nintex et SharePoint. Votre mission principale est de devenir le référent opérationnel (MCO) du parc de workflows existant. Dans un environnement technologique en pleine mutation, vous garantissez la continuité de service des processus critiques tout en préparant techniquement leur bascule vers la nouvelle plateforme cible : K2 (Nintex Automation). Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle Support Expert (N2/N3) : Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents sur les workflows et formulaires complexes (Nintex for SharePoint). Maintenance évolutive : Prendre en charge les demandes d'adaptations mineures des processus métiers (RH, Finance, Opérations) pour répondre aux évolutions de l'organisation. Monitoring & Administration : Surveiller la santé des infrastructures (Nintex Gateway, K2), gérer les licences et les accès. Assurance Qualité : Veiller à la non-régression des flux lors des mises à jour globales de l'environnement Office 365 / SharePoint. Accompagnement à la Migration Transition Technologique : Participer activement à la migration des workflows obsolètes (ex: G-Part) vers la nouvelle infrastructure K2 ou SharePoint Online. Optimisation : Identifier les opportunités de refonte des flux "legacy" pour gagner en performance lors du passage sur K2 Cloud ou K2 Five. Documentation : Maintenir à jour le référentiel de connaissances et les procédures d'exploitation. Requirements Compétences Techniques (Hard Skills) Expertise Nintex : Maîtrise impérative de Nintex Workflow et Nintex Forms (On-Premise et Online). Écosystème Microsoft : Solide connaissance de SharePoint (2016/2019/Online). Scripting & Data : Utilisation courante de PowerShell / PnP pour les tâches d'automatisation. Une bonne maîtrise de SQL Server est nécessaire pour le troubleshooting de données. Ouverture K2 : Une connaissance de K2 (SmartObjects, SmartForms) est un avantage majeur, sinon une forte volonté de monter en compétence sur cet outil est exigée. Développement : Capacité à lire et corriger du code JavaScript ou .NET (C#) existant. Qualités Humaines (Soft Skills) Pragmatisme : Vous aimez comprendre "comment ça marche" et trouver des solutions durables à des problèmes complexes. Sens du Service : Vous avez conscience de l'impact métier d'un workflow arrêté et agissez avec réactivité. Pédagogie : Vous savez expliquer les contraintes techniques aux utilisateurs finaux de manière simple.
