Das macht deine Arbeit bei uns spannend

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Kontenabstimmung
  • Mahnwesen und Überwachung der offenen Posten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
  • Durchführung der Fakturierung: Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen auf Basis von Aufträgen/Leistungsnachweisen, inkl. Plausibilitätsprüfung und Dokumentation

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellter oder Finanzbuchhalter (je m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV, Microsoft Access) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
