关于此职位

我们正在寻找一位资深且积极进取的阿里云工程师加入我们的团队。 理想的候选人将对阿里云技术和 DevOps 实践有深入的了解。 此职位将负责提供 2 级干预、创建和管理服务器、监控资源并将问题上报给 3 级支持。 该职位位于我们上海的办公室，并向云经理汇报。

职责

  • 提供与阿里云相关的 2 级技术支持，作为解决事件和请求的第一个升级点。
  • 在阿里云平台上创建和维护服务器，包括配置安全设置、优化性能和进行必要的更新。
  • 主动监控系统资源和性能，以确保最佳功能并在潜在问题出现之前识别它们。
  • 利用您在阿里云技术和 DevOps 实践方面的专业知识，排除并解决技术事件。
  • 创建并将详细的工单提交给 3 级支持。
  • 通过持续学习和自我发展，及时了解最新的阿里云技术、最佳实践和安全协议。
  • 参与偶尔的轮班以提供非工作时间的关键系统支持，确保业务连续性。
  • 参与阿里云系统和流程的全面文档的开发和维护。

要求

  • 2-3 年的阿里云实践经验，对其核心服务和功能需要有深入了解。
  • 扎实的 DevOps 原则的理解及其在云环境中的实际应用经验。
  • 具有为大型企业排除 2 级工单故障和进行干预的经验。
  • 具有服务器管理的实践经验，包括操作系统管理（Linux/Windows）、Web 服务器配置和数据库管理。
  • 熟悉资源监控工具和技术，以跟踪关键性能指标并识别潜在瓶颈。
  • 强大的问题解决和故障排除能力，能够分析复杂的技术问题并实施有效的解决方案。
  • 阿里云认证（例如 ACA、ACP、ACE）将是一个显著优势。
