Darum geht's:

  • Du verantwortest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen bei Energieversorgern und begleitest Kundenprojekte von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Du koordinierst Kunden, Berater, Entwickler und weitere Projektbeteiligte, steuerst Anforderungen und Entscheidungsprozesse und stellst eine konsequente Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen sicher
  • Du behältst Projektziele, Zeitpläne, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen im Blick, erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig und leitest geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen ein
  • Du kommunizierst souverän mit Kunden und Stakeholdern, schaffst Transparenz über den Projektfortschritt sowie über Risiken und Herausforderungen
  • Du stellst durch aussagekräftige Statusberichte, Projektdokumentationen und Präsentationen eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Projektsteuerung sicher

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem, wirtschaftlichem oder informationstechnologischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten mit, beispielsweise als Projektleiter, Teilprojektleiter, Consultant, Business Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast Freude daran, Dich in komplexe Softwarelösungen, energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse und fachliche Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Themen den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst klar und zielorientiert, bringst unterschiedliche Interessen zu tragfähigen Entscheidungen zusammen und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch sowie in Projekten auf Englisch
