Darum geht's:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Leitung von Kundenprojekten zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen und übernimmst dabei Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung
  • Du koordinierst Kunden, Berater, Entwickler und weitere Projektbeteiligte und stellst sicher, dass Aufgaben, Informationen und Entscheidungen zuverlässig nachverfolgt werden
  • Du behältst Projektziele, Termine und Budgets im Blick, erkennst Risiken und Abweichungen frühzeitig und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Du arbeitest Dich in fachliche und technische Fragestellungen ein, entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam pragmatische Lösungen und kommunizierst mit Kunden und Stakeholdern
  • Du sorgst durch Statusberichte, Projektdokumentationen und Präsentationen für Transparenz und eine nachvollziehbare Projektsteuerung

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem oder informationstechnologischem Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du möchtest Kundenprojekte verantworten und Dich schrittweise in die Rolle einer Projektleiterin bzw. eines Projektleiters entwickeln
  • Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und hast Freude daran, Dich in komplexe Softwarelösungen, energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse und fachliche Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern, arbeitest gerne im Team und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Projekt- oder IT-Erfahrungen sowie Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
