Darum geht's:

  • Du stellst den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft Server- und Cloud-Technologien sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
  • Bei Störungen und technischen Herausforderungen übernimmst Du die eigenständige Analyse und nachhaltige Lösungsfindung und optimierst unsere Systeme laufend
  • Bestehende Richtlinien, Prozesse und Standards für die IT-Infrastruktur entwickelst Du weiter und sorgst für deren Umsetzung
  • Gemeinsam mit fachübergreifenden Teams und externen Partnern planst und realisierst Du IT-Projekte – von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Für eine verlässliche technische Basis erstellst, pflegst und aktualisierst Du System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Dein Know-how bringst Du außerdem bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Technologien ein und unterstützt das IT-Team beim Ausbau des entsprechenden Wissens
  • Bei komplexeren Anliegen unterstützt Du den 1st Level Support und bist Ansprechpartner*in für Hard- und Software, Berechtigungen und IT-Systeme

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration oder IT-Infrastruktur sowie Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory und praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell sowie Erfahrung mit VMware vSphere und Virtualisierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Linux-Umfeld und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Server- und Cloud-Technologien
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen selbstständig zu lösen
  • Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, das eigene Wissen mit Kolleg:innen zu teilen und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
