Principais responsabilidades:

● Participar da análise e avaliação de oportunidades de Fusões e Aquisições (M&A);

● Elaborar modelos financeiros (valuation) e análises econômico-financeiras;

● Apoiar processos de Due Diligence financeira, societária e operacional;

● Desenvolver apresentações executivas, memorandos e materiais para investidores;

● Realizar pesquisas de mercado, análise de setores e mapeamento de empresas-alvo;

● Elaborar projeções financeiras e análises de viabilidade de investimentos;

● Acompanhar negociações e apoiar a estruturação das operações;

● Interagir com clientes, investidores, consultorias e escritórios parceiros;

● Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores das operações.

Requisitos

● Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;

● Experiência em M&A, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Investimentos ou áreas relacionadas;

● Conhecimento em modelagem financeira e análise de demonstrações financeiras;

● Domínio avançado do Excel e PowerPoint;

● Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica.

Diferenciais

● Experiência em bancos de investimento, boutiques de M&A, consultorias financeiras, Private Equity, Venture Capital ou áreas de Desenvolvimento Corporativo;

● Conhecimento em valuation (Fluxo de Caixa Descontado – DCF, múltiplos de mercado e transações comparáveis);

● Inglês intermediário ou avançado;

● Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
