Principais responsabilidades:

● Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção para diferentes níveis de atuação;

● Realizar integração (onboarding) de novos colaboradores;

● Apoiar ações de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento;

● Participar da implementação e acompanhamento dos processos de Avaliação de Desempenho e Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI);

● Desenvolver e apoiar iniciativas de Clima Organizacional, Cultura e Engajamento;

● Atuar como parceiro(a) das lideranças, oferecendo suporte nas demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;

● Acompanhar indicadores de Recursos Humanos e elaborar relatórios gerenciais;

● Apoiar ações de comunicação interna, reconhecimento e desenvolvimento organizacional;

● Atuar em interface com o Departamento Pessoal para alinhamento de processos e rotinas administrativas de RH;

● Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e políticas de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos:

● Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

● Experiência anterior como Analista de Recursos Humanos Generalista;

● Vivência em Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Desempenho;

● Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com Excel em nível intermediário;

● Excelente comunicação, organização e capacidade de relacionamento.

Diferenciais:

● Experiência em empresas em fase de crescimento ou estruturação;

● Conhecimento em sistemas de RH e ATS (Quickin, Gupy, Kenoby ou similares);

● Vivência com indicadores de RH (People Analytics);

● Conhecimento em programas de Desenvolvimento Organizacional e Gestão de Talentos.
