Principais responsabilidades:

Definir e executar a estratégia de crescimento da empresa; Liderar operações de Fusões e Aquisições (Buy Side e Sell Side); Prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios e investimentos; Conduzir negociações estratégicas com investidores, fundos, acionistas e executivos C-Level; Coordenar processos de valuation, due diligence e estruturação das transações; Desenvolver relacionamento com fundos de investimento, Venture Capital, Private Equity e investidores estratégicos; Liderar equipes multidisciplinares durante todas as etapas das operações; Acompanhar indicadores financeiros, metas comerciais e resultados da companhia; Representar a empresa em reuniões estratégicas, eventos e negociações de alto nível; Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas e novos canais de crescimento.

Requisitos:

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Direito, Finanças ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Finanças, Estratégia, M&A ou Gestão Empresarial; Experiência consolidada em operações de Fusões e Aquisições (M&A); Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, consultorias, bancos de investimento, boutiques de M&A, Venture Capital ou Private Equity; Forte conhecimento em valuation, modelagem financeira, due diligence e estruturação de operações; Experiência na negociação com investidores e executivos C-Level; Inglês avançado ou fluente.

Diferenciais:

Experiência como CEO, Diretor Executivo, Managing Director ou Head de M&A; Relacionamento consolidado com fundos de investimento e ecossistema de tecnologia; Histórico comprovado de fechamento de operações de M&A; Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, software, SaaS ou transformação digital.
