SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE:

Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de TI Sênior para assumir a administração e sustentação dos sistemas corporativos de Recursos Humanos de uma grande empresa do setor de Papel e Celulose. A pessoa será referência técnica e funcional para os processos de RH e atuará como elo entre RH, TI, fornecedores e demais stakeholders.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Administrar e sustentar os sistemas de RH (LG Lugar de Gente, Workday, Rainbow, Dimep e demais soluções da área), garantindo disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e performance. - Atuar como referência técnica e funcional em Administração de Pessoal, Folha de Pagamento, Benefícios, Controle de Ponto, Gestão de Talentos, Recrutamento e Saúde Ocupacional. - Administrar integrações entre sistemas de RH, plataformas corporativas, diretórios, sistemas financeiros e demais aplicações de negócio. - Monitorar e garantir o processamento correto dos eventos de eSocial, EFD-Reinf, FGTS Digital, DIRF substitutiva e demais obrigações legais. - Analisar impactos de alterações legais, tributárias, trabalhistas e previdenciárias, coordenando as adequações sistêmicas. - Identificar, analisar e resolver incidentes críticos, conduzindo análises de causa raiz (RCA) e ações corretivas e preventivas. - Coordenar atualizações, correções, parametrizações e implantação de novas funcionalidades junto aos fornecedores. - Garantir conformidade com políticas corporativas, auditoria, LGPD, segurança da informação e controles internos; apoiar auditorias internas e externas. - Participar de projetos de integração entre sistemas corporativos, assegurando qualidade, rastreabilidade e integridade das informações. - Elaborar documentação funcional e técnica, procedimentos, fluxos de processo, materiais de treinamento e indicadores. - Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, automação, padronização e melhoria contínua.

REQUISITOS:

- Mais de 6 anos de experiência em TI com atuação em sistemas de RH (LG Lugar de Gente, Workday, Rainbow e Dimep). - Conhecimento sólido das obrigações legais de RH (eSocial, EFD-Reinf, FGTS Digital, DIRF). - Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas complexos. - Liderança técnica e senso de dono sobre processos críticos de RH. - Comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e funcionais. - Visão de negócio e forte orientação ao cliente interno. - Organização, disciplina e atenção a detalhes regulatórios. - Facilidade para atuar em ambientes multidisciplinares e projetos estratégicos.
