Estamos com uma nova oportunidade em uma multinacional de origem alemã, na área de TI!

A pessoa vai integrar o time global de suporte SAP FI e MM. Vai fazer o suporte de 2º nível aos sistemas SAP ERP centrais do grupo, que atendem empresas no mundo todo, com SLAs definidos. O trabalho combina conhecimento de sistema com vivência de processos: analisar incidentes, documentar e melhorar processos, orientar usuários e atuar junto aos especialistas de 3º nível para entregar soluções definitivas.

Buscamos alguém com foco no cliente, perfil de suporte e que goste de trabalhar em equipe.

💻 No dia a dia, você vai:

Atender incidentes e requisições no SAP Solution Manager e no JIRA, com levantamento de requisitos, análise de erros e proposta de solução Resolver chamados de FI e MM via customizing, seguindo os processos de Change Request Management Atuar com o suporte de 3º nível nos casos complexos, cuidando da documentação, dos testes e do acompanhamento até a resolução Orientar usuários e times internos sobre processos de FI e MM Conduzir melhorias de processos financeiros e de compras, alinhadas aos objetivos do grupo Documentar processos, soluções e boas práticas para a base de conhecimento Validar o comportamento do sistema frente aos fluxos operacionais reais Interagir com as áreas corporativas de Controladoria e Auditoria para garantir a conformidade com as políticas do grupo Ministrar treinamentos e apoiar usuários Trabalhar com colegas e clientes internacionais

O que buscamos:

Graduação em Ciência da Computação, TI ou áreas relacionadas. Também aceitamos formação em Finanças ou Controladoria, desde que a pessoa tenha forte afinidade com TI No mínimo 3 anos de experiência em SAP, com foco em FI e MM Experiência com customizing SAP Bom entendimento dos processos de Finanças, Controladoria e Auditoria Noções de SD e dos demais módulos de logística Perfil analítico, com boa capacidade de resolver problemas Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e com autonomia Disponibilidade para viagens eventuais (implantações, workshops e treinamentos) Flexibilidade de horário quando houver demandas críticas
