Sobre a oportunidade:

Empresa do segmento de Engenharia busca um(a) Diretor(a) de Desenvolvimento de Negócios para liderar a estratégia de crescimento e expansão da atuação nos mercados de Água, Saneamento e Infraestrutura.

O executivo será responsável por identificar novas oportunidades de negócios, desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos e impulsionar a conquista de projetos de alta relevância, atuando junto a clientes públicos e privados, investidores, concessionárias e parceiros estratégicos.

Principais responsabilidades:

Definir e executar a estratégia comercial e de crescimento da empresa para os mercados de água, saneamento e infraestrutura;

Identificar, analisar e desenvolver oportunidades em concessões, PPPs, licitações e contratos EPC/EPCM;

Liderar a prospecção de novos clientes e ampliar a participação da empresa em mercados estratégicos;

Desenvolver relacionamento institucional com companhias de saneamento, órgãos públicos, agências reguladoras, investidores e parceiros;

Coordenar estudos de viabilidade técnica, econômica e financeira de novos empreendimentos;

Estruturar parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores, operadores, fundos de investimento e instituições financeiras;

Liderar negociações comerciais e processos de concorrência de grande porte;

Monitorar tendências regulatórias, tecnológicas e de mercado relacionadas ao setor de água e saneamento;

Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia, Operações e Finanças para garantir a competitividade e rentabilidade dos projetos;

Representar a empresa em eventos, entidades do setor e fóruns de infraestrutura.

Requisitos:

Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Sanitária, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Empresarial, Finanças, Infraestrutura, Desenvolvimento de Negócios ou áreas afins.

Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento de negócios no segmento de Engenharia, Água, Saneamento ou Infraestrutura.

Conhecimento em concessões, PPPs, licitações públicas e financiamento de projetos;

Experiência em negociação de contratos estratégicos e relacionamento com clientes institucionais;

Inglês fluente;

Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

Diferenciais:

Experiência em empresas de engenharia, concessionárias ou operadoras de saneamento;

Vivência em projetos de infraestrutura hídrica, tratamento de água, esgoto, reuso e dessalinização;

Conhecimento do Novo Marco Legal do Saneamento;

Experiência em estruturação de parcerias estratégicas, investimentos ou M&A.
