Empresa confidencial do segmento de Engenharia busca um(a) Diretor(a) de Desenvolvimento de Negócios para liderar a estratégia de crescimento nos mercados de Indústrias Avançadas, Tecnologia e Manufatura de Alta Complexidade.

A posição será responsável por identificar novas oportunidades de negócios, desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos e impulsionar projetos de engenharia voltados para setores intensivos em tecnologia, atuando junto a clientes nacionais e internacionais.

Principais responsabilidades:

Definir e implementar a estratégia de crescimento para os segmentos de Indústrias Avançadas e Tecnologia;

Identificar, desenvolver e converter oportunidades de negócios em mercados de alta tecnologia e inovação;

Liderar iniciativas comerciais para projetos de engenharia, infraestrutura tecnológica, manufatura avançada e transformação digital;

Desenvolver relacionamento estratégico com clientes, investidores, hubs de inovação, centros de pesquisa e parceiros tecnológicos;

Coordenar a elaboração de propostas técnico-comerciais para projetos complexos e multidisciplinares;

Monitorar tendências relacionadas à Inteligência Artificial, Indústria 4.0, Automação Industrial, IoT, infraestrutura digital e novas tecnologias;

Estruturar parcerias estratégicas com empresas de tecnologia, fabricantes, integradores e startups;

Apoiar estudos de viabilidade técnica, econômica e regulatória para novos empreendimentos;

Participar da definição de estratégias de entrada em novos mercados e segmentos industriais emergentes;

Representar a empresa em eventos, associações industriais e fóruns de inovação.

Requisitos:

Formação superior em Engenharia, Tecnologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

MBA ou Pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios, Estratégia, Inovação, Finanças ou Tecnologia;

Experiência consolidada em Desenvolvimento de Negócios em empresas de Engenharia, Tecnologia, Manufatura Avançada ou Consultoria Estratégica;

Vivência em projetos relacionados a infraestrutura digital, data centers, automação industrial, transformação digital ou indústrias de alta tecnologia;

Experiência em negociações estratégicas e desenvolvimento de novos mercados;

Inglês fluente;

Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
