Objetivo da posição Liderar projetos de implantação do sistema WFO, do kickoff à entrada em produção, garantindo prazos, qualidade das entregas e alinhamento entre clientes, consultores e equipes técnicas. O foco está em projetos com integração a sistemas de RH, folha de pagamento e controle de ponto.

Principais responsabilidades

Planejar e gerenciar projetos de implantação, do kickoff à operação assistida Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas, planos de ação, marcos e entregas Coordenar os consultores de implantação, acompanhando prazos, pendências e qualidade Conduzir reuniões de status com clientes, apresentando andamento, riscos, impedimentos e próximos passos Gerenciar o escopo, avaliando o impacto de mudanças em prazos e entregas Garantir o alinhamento entre as necessidades do cliente e as funcionalidades da solução durante o levantamento de requisitos Coordenar, com as equipes técnicas, as integrações com sistemas de RH, folha e ponto (layouts, APIs, troca de arquivos e regras de negócio) Planejar e acompanhar parametrização, testes, homologação, treinamento e go-live Antecipar riscos e dependências e propor ações de mitigação Garantir a documentação do projeto, o registro de decisões e as aprovações formais do cliente Conduzir a transição dos projetos para as equipes de suporte e sustentação

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de implantação de sistemas corporativos Vivência em projetos com integração a sistemas de RH, folha de pagamento ou controle de ponto Domínio do ciclo de implantação: requisitos, parametrização, testes, homologação e go-live Experiência no relacionamento com clientes e na coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares Capacidade de conduzir vários projetos ao mesmo tempo, gerenciando prioridades e dependências Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos (tradicionais, ágeis ou híbridas) e de ferramentas de acompanhamento
