Empresa confidencial do segmento de Engenharia busca um(a) Gerente Técnico Sênior de Engenharia para liderar um departamento multidisciplinar de engenharia, atuando como elo estratégico entre as áreas de Engenharia, Projetos, Produção e Propostas.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em empresas de engenharia e projetos EPCM, capaz de liderar equipes de alta performance, promover excelência técnica e garantir a integração entre disciplinas em projetos industriais de grande porte.

Principais responsabilidades:

Liderar, desenvolver e fortalecer equipes multidisciplinares de Engenharia, promovendo uma cultura de alta performance, desenvolvimento de talentos e retenção de profissionais; Atuar como interface estratégica entre Engenharia, Gerência de Projetos, Produção e Propostas, garantindo alinhamento técnico, cumprimento de prazos e otimização de custos; Coordenar atividades técnicas em projetos EPCM e estudos FEL (Front-End Loading – FEL 1, FEL 2 e FEL 3); Garantir a integração entre disciplinas de Processo, Mecânica, Elétrica, Instrumentação, Civil, Tubulação, Materiais e demais especialidades de engenharia; Definir padrões técnicos, procedimentos, especificações e boas práticas de engenharia; Liderar revisões técnicas, Gate Reviews, HAZOP, LOPA e demais análises de risco e integridade dos projetos; Apoiar decisões relacionadas a mudanças de escopo, otimizações técnicas e transição dos projetos para produção e operação; Gerenciar orçamento, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), planejamento de recursos e produtividade da área; Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, transformação digital, modelagem 3D e gestão do conhecimento; Representar a Engenharia junto à Diretoria, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos.

Requisitos:

Graduação em Engenharia (Química, Mecânica, Elétrica, Processos ou áreas correlatas); Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Gestão, Engenharia ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial; Experiência mínima de 10 anos em engenharia de projetos industriais; Experiência comprovada na liderança de equipes multidisciplinares de grande porte; Vivência sólida em empresas de Engenharia e projetos EPCM; Conhecimento em metodologias FEL (FEL 1, FEL 2 e FEL 3); Experiência com HAZOP, LOPA, gestão de riscos e engenharia de integridade; Inglês avançado; Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

Projetos de Óleo & Gás (Upstream e Downstream); Petroquímica; Energia; Refino; Mineração; Processos Industriais; Ferramentas AVEVA, SmartPlant, PDMS ou similares; Sistemas de Gestão Documental (EDMS/PDM); MS Project, Primavera P6 ou ferramentas equivalentes.
