wir freuen uns, ab heute folgende spannende Position auszuschreiben: HR Business Partner*in (m/w/d) für ImWind. Der Bewerbungsprozess läuft bis einschließlich 11.11.2026.

Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Rolle als HR Business Partner*in für die Wien Energie-Tochtergesellschaft ImWind und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem gesamten HR-Team zusammen.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen in allen operativen und strategischen HR-Themen und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen Stakeholder*innen zusammen.
  • Du gestaltest die HR-Strategie in deinem Verantwortungsbereich aktiv mit und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess und begleitest die Mitarbeiter*innen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles.
  • Du begleitest und gestaltest Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mit und arbeitest an unternehmens- und konzernweiten HR-Projekten mit, insbesondere im Bereich Diversität, strategische Personalplanung und Digitalisierung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen HR-Fachbereichen wie Personalentwicklung, Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Personaladministration und HR-Controlling zusammen.
  • Du betreust das HR-System Personio und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zur externen Lohnverrechnung.

Anforderungen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht oder Personalmanagement.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich mit und hast die Bereitschaft, dich rasch in unterschiedliche Geschäftsfelder und Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten.
  • Du kannst Führungskräfte kompetent beraten und agierst als vertrauensvolle*r Sparringpartner*in auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du überzeugst mit einem sicheren Auftreten, ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist sowie einer lösungsorientierten, eigenverantwortlichen und umsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise.
  • Du vereinst Flexibilität, Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lebst Diversität als wichtigen Bestandteil einer wertschätzenden und erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
