Wir sind ein ambitioniertes Team in einer innovativen Zukunftsbranche. Durch unser starkes Wachstum und den Zusammenschluss mit Wien Energie suchen wir ab sofort am Standort Wien eine*n Mitarbeiter*in Projektentwicklung, Schwerpunkt Vertragsverwaltung (m/w/d).

Deine Rolle bei ImWind:

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung und Verwaltung sowie die notarielle und gebührenrechtliche Abwicklung von Grundstücksverträgen (Dienstbarkeits-, Nutzungs-, Kaufverträge) und die Verwaltung von weiteren Vertragsdokumenten für die Entwicklung unserer Projekte
  • Du stellst die lückenlose Dokumentation und Nachverfolgbarkeit unserer Verträge sicher
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die Ablage aller Vertragsunterlagen in unseren digitalen Vertragsmanagementsystemen und den zugehörigen Schriftverkehr
  • Du betreust die Korrespondenz mit Grundstückseigentümer*innen, Kooperationspartnern und anderen externen Stakeholdern
  • Als Ansprechperson stehst du sowohl unseren Abteilungen als auch externen Projektpartner*innen zur Verfügung
  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Themen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene juristische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder HAK, HLW bzw. AHS-Matura
  • Berufserfahrung im administrativen Assistenzbereich, idealerweise aus einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder einem Notariat
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Vertragsverwaltung, Themen aus dem Gebiet des Liegenschaftsrechts und erneuerbaren Energien
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise, durch die du stets den Überblick über deine Aufgaben behältst
  • Eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise sowie proaktives und eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Aufgaben mit
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab EUR 3.500,- (Vollzeit-Basis; abhängig von deiner persönlichen Erfahrung und Qualifikation).
