Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

wir freuen uns, euch mitzuteilen, dass sich die Neuorganisation unserer Abteilung Baumanagement in den finalen Zügen befindet.

Künftig wird es im Baumanagement zwei spezialisierte Teams „Baumanagement Wind“ sowie „Baumanagement PV&BESS“ geben.

Durch diese neue Struktur können Synergien besser genutzt und unsere Projekte mit noch mehr Effizienz vorangetrieben werden. Wir sind überzeugt, dass diese Umstrukturierung uns neue Möglichkeiten eröffnet und unser gemeinsames Arbeiten weiter verbessern wird.

Nun werden die beiden neuen Teamleitungs-Positionen entsprechend unserem Grundsatz einer transparenten und fairen Besetzung intern ausgeschrieben.

Wir freuen uns daher, folgende spannende und verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition auszuschreiben: Teamleitung Baumanagement Wind (m/w/d).

Verantwortungsbereiche des Teams

  • Umsetzung von Windprojekten vom Investitionsbeschluss bis zur Abnahme
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung von Budgets, Terminen und Qualität der Projekte
  • Ausschreibung und Vergabe aller Gewerke gemeinsam mit dem IW-Bedarfsmanagement und WE-Zentraleinkauf
  • Ausführungsplanung und Umsetzung sämtlicher Gewerke (Baufirmen, Anlagenhersteller, Dienstleister etc.)
  • Ansprechpartner für Gemeinden, Behörden und Grundeigentümer während der Projektrealisierung
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Regelmäßiges Projektreporting

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten der Teamleitung

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Baumanagement Wind
  • Du verantwortest die Zielerreichung, Ressourcensteuerung und den optimalen Einsatz der Teammitglieder in den Projekten
  • Du schaffst Orientierung im laufenden Change-Prozess und förderst eine offene, leistungsorientierte und zukunftsgerichtete Teamkultur
  • Du unterstützt und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden entsprechend ihrer Potentiale und begleitest ihre fachliche sowie persönliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung der Vergabe- und Vertragsstrategie gemeinsam mit der Abteilungsleitung und dem Bedarfsmanagement mit
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Gemeinden, Behörden, Grundeigentümer*innen, Kooperationspartner und Lieferanten bei übergeordneten oder kritischen Themen
  • Du agierst als Eskalationsinstanz bei Projektabweichungen, Nachträgen und Claims
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse, Standards und Schnittstellen im Bereich Baumanagement Wind kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du sorgst für die systematische Aufbereitung und Nutzung von Lessons Learned aus abgeschlossenen Projekten
  • Du treibst die Entwicklung gemeinsamer Standards und Prozesse mit anderen Teams und Fachbereichen der ImWind sowie den zentralen Services bei der Wien Energie aktiv voran
  • Du stellst ein transparentes Reporting an die Leitung Baumanagement sicher
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Teamleitungen innerhalb der Abteilung Baumanagement zusammen und sorgst für eine abgestimmte Zusammenarbeit über Teamgrenzen hinweg

Interner Ablauf

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab EUR 5.078,77 (abhängig von deiner persönlichen Erfahrung und Qualifikation).
