In Joure openden Egberts Douwes en zijn vrouw Akke Thijsses in 1753 hun kruidenierswinkel De Witte Os aan de Midstraat en legden zo de basis voor het Douwe Egberts voor nu. Nog steeds hebben we hier twee van onze belangrijkste fabrieken staan waar we koffie en thee produceren. Bij JDE werken we met passie voor onze historie in een fijne werksfeer. De fabrieken zijn technisch van een hoog niveau en continue in ontwikkeling. Elke dag streven we er naar Kortom: “A coffee for every cup”.een stapje beter te worden om uiteindelijk de best functionerende fabrieken binnen JDE te worden. Als Procesoperator speel jij daar een ontzettend belangrijke rol in.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productievoortgang van onze koffiefabriek. Je houdt je aan de geldende veiligheids-, technische, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften/procedures en neemt daarin je verantwoordelijkheid. Uiteraard in een kundig team met een goede werksfeer.

Je overige verantwoordelijkheden als Procesoperator:

Vanuit de controlekamer zorg je ervoor dat de productie doorloopt;

In de fabriek loop je rond om het proces te bewaken;

Bij technische problemen los je deze zelf op of stem je af met de monteurs;

Je neemt deel aan projectgroepen van bijvoorbeeld Autonoom Onderhoud;

Je maakt inhoudelijke voorstellen ter verbetering van procedures, voorschriften, procesverbetering en het voorkomen van productieproblemen;

Je volgt relevante (CGO) opleidingen voor het vergroten van je kennis en competenties.

Functie-eisen

Voor de positie van Procesoperator, zoeken we iemand met de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:

MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau en een opleiding richting Procestechniek/technologie;

Kennis en inzicht van zowel complexe productie processen als ook OPS systemen (=sturen en verantwoorden)

Kennis van automatisering, zoals MES, SCADA;

Je werkt het liefst samen met anderen;

Je bent tevens bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst (3-4-3 rooster) te werken.
