Descrição da vaga

  • Gestão da area de produção (acompanhar ponto, acompanhar o desenvolvimento da equipe, controle de ferias, orientação e dúvidas diárias)
  • Gestão dos resultados da área (análise dos relatórios)
  • Identifica problemas de eficiência e propõe melhorias
  • Identifica e sinaliza áreas de risco e oportunidades e eficiências
  • Solicita serviços de manutenção
  • Abertura de notas de serviço
  • É responsável por garantir cumprimento da qualidade e segurança, organizar fluxo de trabalho e garantir responsabilidades;
  • Gerencia a troca de turno
  • Realiza o treinamento de equipe (procedimentos e normas da empresa e de segurança)
  • Supervisão de toda a produção: moagem, torradores e empacotamento e mixes.

Qualificações

  • Superior completo em Engenharia, Gestão da Produção e afins.
  • Pacote Office;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos;
  • Inglês desejável
