Com sede em Goiânia-GO e filiais atuando em diversas regiões do Brasil, a empresa busca excelência e práticas eficazes na solução de conflitos judiciais e extrajudiciais.

Objetivo do trabalho: Buscamos um profissional com visão estratégica, boa escrita, criatividade, dedicação e vontade de aprender, que tenha facilidade para transformar temas jurídicos em conteúdos claros, acessíveis e relevantes.

É importante que seja uma pessoa proativa, organizada, comprometida com suas entregas e que tenha iniciativa para propor novas ideias.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planejamento de conteúdo: desenvolver o planejamento de conteúdos para as redes sociais do escritório, alinhado às estratégias e aos objetivos do Marketing.
  • Calendário editorial: criar, organizar e gerenciar o calendário de publicações, garantindo frequência e consistência.
  • Redação e publicação: produzir textos, legendas e roteiros, além de programar e publicar conteúdos nas redes sociais.
  • Campanhas mensais: planejar e executar campanhas de comunicação digital, considerando datas comemorativas, ações institucionais e eventos do escritório.
  • Análise de métricas: acompanhar o desempenho das redes sociais, analisar resultados junto a agência e apresentar relatórios com sugestões de melhorias.
  • Posicionamento de longo prazo: desenvolver conteúdos que contribuam para fortalecer a imagem, a identidade e a presença digital do JCA.
  • Relacionamento com o público: acompanhar comentários, mensagens e interações, promovendo um relacionamento próximo e profissional com os seguidores.
  • Cobertura de eventos e gravações: acompanhar os eventos, ações internas, palestras e gravações do escritório, realizando a captação de fotos e vídeos, produção de conteúdos em tempo real e divulgação nas redes sociais.

Qualificações:

  • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.
  • Boa escrita e domínio da língua portuguesa.
  • Conhecimento das principais redes sociais, especialmente Instagram e LinkedIn.
  • Conhecimento básico de planejamento de conteúdo e análise de métricas.
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar diferentes demandas.
  • Disponibilidade para acompanhar eventos e gravações do escritório.

Experiências profissionais:

  • Não é necessário ter experiência prévia no segmento jurídico, mas é fundamental ter interesse em conhecer os serviços do escritório e aprender a comunicar esses assuntos de maneira simples e atrativa.

Conhecimentos e Habilidades:

  • Experiência anterior na gestão de redes sociais.
  • Conhecimento de Canva, CapCut e ferramentas de agendamento de publicações.
  • Familiaridade com tendências e formatos de conteúdo digital.
  • Noções de fotografia, gravação e edição de vídeos para redes sociais.
