A empresa é conhecida por sua excelência na prestação de serviços jurídicos e tem como foco soluções eficazes para conflitos judiciais e extrajudiciais, sempre alinhadas com as diretrizes de seus clientes.

Objetivo do trabalho:

O estágio visa proporcionar ao estudante a oportunidade de desenvolver competências práticas em um ambiente jurídico dinâmico, contribuindo para a atuação da equipe em processos judiciais e extrajudiciais. O estagiário apoiará as atividades diárias do escritório, colaborando com os advogados nas diversas etapas de atendimento ao cliente, pesquisa jurídica e documentação pertinente, além de adquirir experiência valiosa em um ambiente colaborativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na pesquisa de jurisprudências e na análise de documentos jurídicos, contribuindo com informações que suportem a estratégia legal adotada nos processos.
  • Elaborar petições e relatórios com supervisão dos advogados, garantindo a qualidade e atualização das informações apresentadas.
  • Participar de reuniões com a equipe e clientes, tomando notas e registrando informações importantes, a fim de facilitar a comunicação e o entendimento dos requisitos dos casos.
  • Colaborar na organização e gestão de arquivos e documentos do escritório, assegurando que todas as informações estejam acessíveis e de acordo com as práticas de conformidade legal.
  • Mantém contato com órgãos do Poder Judiciário e outras entidades, realizando acompanhamentos de processos e realizando diligências conforme solicitado.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento geral em Direito, especialmente nas áreas de Direito Civil, Direito Trabalhista ou Direito Tributário.
  • Habilidades de comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, que possibilitem a interação com clientes e colegas de trabalho.
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, com atenção aos detalhes na revisão de documentos e informações.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe e em um ambiente dinâmico, demonstrando proatividade na execução de tarefas.

Qualificações educacionais:

Estar cursando a partir do 2º ano do curso de Direito em instituição reconhecida.

Ser inscrito no programa de estágio, vagas e bolsas do IEL ( INSTITUTO EUVALDO LODI) ou OVG

Experiências profissionais: É desejável tido contato prévio em estágios ou atividades relacionadas ao Direito, mas não é imprescindível. A vivência em trabalhos acadêmicos, grupos de estudo ou monitorias na área jurídica também será considerada.

CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático nas áreas principais do Direito e suas terminologias, que permitam a compreensão de conceitos básicos e a execução de tarefas de apoio nas atividades do escritório.
