Opleidingsadviseur (32-40 uur) Locatie: Meppel

Jeugdprofessionals Nederland groeit en daarom zoeken we een nieuwe collega die ons team Opleiden komt versterken. Ben jij sociaal, leg je makkelijk contact en vind je het leuk om in gesprek te gaan met mensen en organisaties binnen het sociaal domein? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Wat ga je doen?

Als opleidingsadviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten, jeugdzorgorganisaties en andere partners die op zoek zijn naar scholing of ontwikkeling voor hun teams. Je denkt mee, luistert naar wat er speelt en vertaalt vragen uit de praktijk naar een passend opleidingsaanbod.

Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe contacten te leggen, bouwt aan duurzame relaties en bent daarin creatief en oplossingsgericht. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer werk je aan een offerte voor een incompanytraject, de andere keer voer je een adviesgesprek of stem je af met een trainer.

Wat zoeken we?

We zoeken een sociaal en betrokken collega die zich herkent in de volgende punten:

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt makkelijk contact
  • Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau
  • Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe relaties op te bouwen en bestaande contacten te onderhouden
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt graag in mogelijkheden
  • Je hebt affiniteit met het sociaal domein en jeugdzorg
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs

Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pré. We vinden het belangrijker dat je nieuwsgierig bent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met plezier het gesprek aangaat.

  • Een dienstverband van 7 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast contract
