Jeugd- en Gezinscoach – Den Haag (32–36 uur)

Werken waar het écht gebeurt: bij gezinnen thuis, midden in de wijk.

Als jeugd- en gezinscoach zit je letterlijk aan tafel bij gezinnen. Van opvoedvragen tot situaties waar de veiligheid onder druk staat. Jij brengt rust, overzicht en helpt gezinnen weer grip te krijgen op hun situatie.

Dit is geen lichte caseload. Je werkt met intensieve en vaak complexe casuïstiek. Meerdere problemen spelen tegelijk en situaties kunnen snel veranderen. Juist dat maakt het werk inhoudelijk sterk en relevant. Hier maak je geen papieren verschil, maar zie je direct wat jouw inzet doet.

Je staat naast het gezin, maar pakt ook de regie. Je stelt samen een plan op en zorgt dat het uitgevoerd wordt. Je schakelt met scholen, hulpverlening en andere betrokkenen en houdt het overzicht.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt ambulant en komt bij gezinnen thuis. Je kijkt breed naar wat er speelt en durft door te pakken waar nodig.

Je:

  • Voert gesprekken met jeugdigen en gezinnen in hun eigen omgeving
  • Analyseert complexe gezinssituaties en brengt patronen in kaart
  • Stelt gezinsplannen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties
  • Biedt opvoedondersteuning en werkt aan gedragsverandering
  • Houdt regie op het hulpverleningsproces
  • Schakelt met ketenpartners zoals scholen, zorgaanbieders en wijkteams
  • Stuurt bij waar nodig en bewaakt de voortgang

Je werkt systeemgericht. Thema’s waar je mee te maken krijgt zijn onder andere:

  • Opvoed- en opgroeivragen
  • Scheidingsproblematiek
  • Gedragsproblemen bij kinderen
  • Verlies en rouw
  • Huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling

Je krijgt de ruimte om echt goed te worden in dit vak. Je wordt inhoudelijk begeleid door ervaren professionals en hebt toegang tot een sterk opleidingsaanbod. Denk aan thema’s zoals complexe gezinssystemen, psychiatrie, LVB en methodisch werken.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt in een betrokken team waar je kunt sparren, reflecteren en jezelf blijft ontwikkelen.

  • Salaris volgens CAO Sociaal Werk, schaal 8 (€3.435 – €5.216 o.b.v. 36 uur)

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, zoals Social Work, Pedagogiek of Toegepaste Psychologie
  • Ervaring binnen de jeugdzorg
  • Een SKJ-registratie of de mogelijkheid deze te behalen(praktijkprogramma)
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 36 uur per week
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt schakelen in complexe situaties
  • Je durft regie te pakken en blijft rustig onder druk

Jeugdprofessionals Nederland (JPNL) is opleider, kennispartner en werkgever binnen het sociaal domein. Wij richten ons specifiek op jeugdprofessionals die willen groeien in hun vak.

We combineren praktijk met inhoud. Dat betekent dat je via ons werkt binnen een gemeentelijke setting, terwijl wij zorgen voor begeleiding, coaching en gerichte scholing. Alles wat je leert, pas je direct toe in je werk.
