JPNL is op zoek naar een ervaren ZZP-trainer die professionals binnen het primair onderwijs op een enthousiaste en inspirerende manier kan trainen. Ben jij de trainer die wij zoeken?

Wat ga je doen?

Voor de uitbreiding van ons opleidingsaanbod zoeken wij docenten en trainers met praktijkervaring in het basisonderwijs. We zoeken trainers met kennis van de volgende thema’s:

  • Pedagogisch en didactisch handelen in de klas
  • Ontwikkeling van het schoolgaande kind
  • Gedrag en klassenmanagement
  • Differentiatie en passend onderwijs
  • Sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling en veiligheid in de klas

We zoeken professionals die hun praktijkervaring kunnen vertalen naar inspirerende en direct toepasbare trainingen voor leerkrachten en onderwijsprofessionals. Heb je inhoudelijke expertise op één of meerdere van deze thema’s en vind je het leuk om kennis over te dragen? Dan komen we graag met je in contact.

Werkzaamheden

  • Verzorgen van trainingen op onze leslocaties
  • Geven van incompany trainingen bij onze onderwijsrelaties
  • Ontwikkelen van online lesmateriaal, digitale webinars en e-learnings

  • Interactieve werkvormen inzetten om deelnemers actief te betrekken
  • Reflectie stimuleren en ruimte geven aan ervaringen uit de klas
  • Kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus en leerbehoeften

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken bevlogen docenten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen het primair onderwijs
  • Je beschikt over sterke didactische vaardigheden en hebt ervaring met het geven van trainingen, opleidingen of workshops
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, zowel op onze locaties als bij onderwijsinstellingen
  • Je bent werkzaam als zelfstandig ondernemer (ZZP) en hebt een CRKBO-registratie of bent bereid deze te behalen
