Wil jij als gedragswetenschapper écht het verschil maken voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen met complexe hulpvragen? Zoek je een functie waarin je inhoudelijk de diepte in gaat, werkt vanuit een systemische visie én onderdeel bent van een betrokken en professioneel team? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou.

Je komt te werken binnen een innovatieve jeugdzorgorganisatie waar coaching, behandeling en diagnostiek centraal staan. Vanuit een systemische werkwijze wordt gekeken naar de kracht van jongeren, gezinnen en hun netwerk. Samenwerking, maatwerk en preventie vormen de basis van de hulpverlening, waarbij je altijd nauw samenwerkt met een collega.

De doelgroep

Je werkt met kinderen en jongeren met uiteenlopende en complexe hulpvragen. Denk hierbij aan trauma, hechtingsproblematiek, hoogbegaafdheid, ASS en ADHD. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan gezinnen waarbij de hulpvraag vraagt om specialistische diagnostiek en behandeling.

Vanuit een systeemgerichte visie wordt niet alleen gekeken naar de jeugdige, maar ook naar de ouders, het gezin en de omgeving. Door samen te werken met het netwerk wordt gewerkt aan duurzame oplossingen en het vergroten van de eigen kracht van gezinnen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Gedragswetenschapper ben je de inhoudelijke spil binnen de specialistische jeugdzorg. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek, behandeling en het bieden van inhoudelijke ondersteuning aan collega's.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

• Het uitvoeren van (complexe) diagnostiek, waaronder trauma-, hechtings-, intelligentie-, ASS- en ADHD-diagnostiek.

• Het behandelen en begeleiden van kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen.

• Het opstellen van behandeladviezen en voeren van casusregie.

• Het deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.

• Het coachen en begeleiden van collega-behandelaren.

• Het meedenken over de verdere ontwikkeling en innovatie van het behandelaanbod.

Binnen de organisatie krijg je voldoende tijd voor diagnostiek, verslaglegging en voorbereiding, zodat je jouw werkzaamheden met aandacht en kwaliteit kunt uitvoeren.

Wat wij bieden

• Een dienstverband van 28 uur per week.

• Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

• Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, scholing en supervisie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Een afgeronde universitaire (master) opleiding Orthopedagogiek, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare studie.

• Een SKJ registratie of de mogelijkheid om deze aan te vragen

• Ervaring binnen de jeugdzorg of specialistische GGZ.

• Ervaring met complexe diagnostiek en behandeling is een pré.

• Je denkt en werkt vanuit een systemische visie.

• Je bent betrokken, professioneel en staat stevig in je rol.

• Je beschikt over een geldige VOG of kunt deze aanvragen.
