Bij Jeugdprofessionals Nederland combineer je een vast dienstverband met afwisseling in opdrachten. Je werkt zelfstandig, pakt complexe vraagstukken op en wordt ingezet waar jouw expertise echt nodig is.

Detachering betekent bij ons niet steeds opnieuw beginnen. Het betekent zekerheid, met de vrijheid om van opdracht te wisselen als dat beter past. En sluit een opdracht juist goed aan en kun je langdurig impact maken, dan kan dat ook.

Wat ga je doen?

Als senior gedragswetenschapper werk je bij gemeenten, scholen of jeugdzorginstellingen. Per opdracht verschilt je rol, maar jij komt binnen als ervaren professional die snel zelfstandig kan draaien en overzicht brengt in complexe situaties.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Meedenken over complexe casuïstiek
  • Coachen en adviseren van collega-professionals
  • Begeleiden van starters
  • Sparren met jeugdconsulenten, jeugdbeschermers, leerkrachten en hulpverleners
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering binnen teams en organisaties

Naast dat wij als Jeugdprofessionals Nederland ons bezig houden met detacheren, zijn wij ook een opleider. Wil je hier bijdragen aan inhoudelijke ontwikkeling? Dan is daar ruimte voor. Onze gedragswetenschappers denken mee over nieuwe projecten en inhoudelijke vraagstukken. Je kunt betrokken worden bij het ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen, het opzetten van scholingstrajecten of het verder vormgeven van werkbegeleiding.

Ook het verzorgen van intervisie of supervisie behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Dit is geen verplicht onderdeel van je functie. Het moet passen bij waar jij energie van krijgt.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld orthopedagogiek of psychologie
  • SKJ-, NVO- of BIG-registratie
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als gedragswetenschapper
  • Rijbewijs B
