Bij Jeugdprofessionals Nederland werken we iedere dag aan de ontwikkeling van professionals binnen het sociaal domein en de jeugdzorg. We zijn een betrokken, ambitieuze en groeiende organisatie waar leren, ontwikkelen en samenwerken centraal staan. Tijdens jouw stage krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen, mee te denken binnen de organisatie én jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een enthousiast team.

Over Jeugdprofessionals Nederland

Jeugdprofessionals Nederland is opleider, kennispartner en bemiddelaar voor elke jeugdhulpverlener die zich verder wil ontwikkelen. Onze bevlogen en ervaren docenten verzorgen trainingen en opleidingen voor iedereen die werkt met kinderen en jeugdigen. We detacheren bij vacatures en werkervaringstrajecten, we geven advies aan organisaties en we verzorgen incompany-trajecten op maat. We zijn gecertificeerd EVC-aanbieder en helpen bij SKJ-registraties.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens jouw stage ondersteun je ons team bij verschillende administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt de ruimte om mee te kijken én mee te werken binnen diverse processen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Ondersteunen van opleidingscoördinatoren en trainers
  • Beantwoorden van telefoontjes en e-mails van deelnemers en organisaties
  • Verwerken en beheren van gegevens in onze systemen
  • Ondersteunen bij het plannen en organiseren van trainingen en bijeenkomsten
  • Voorbereiden van documenten, presentaties en evaluaties
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen processen
  • Ondersteunen bij communicatie en administratieve werkzaamheden

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting managementassistent, bedrijfskunde, HR, commerciële economie, marketing of administratie
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent leergierig, zelfstandig en proactief
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren
  • Je hebt basiskennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en PowerPoint)
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een stageperiode van minimaal 12 weken
