Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die operative Disposition mit echtem Tempo — 300+ Vorgänge täglich:

  • Disposition und Abruf von Waren auf Basis interner Bedarfsmeldungen — strukturiert und termingerecht
  • Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Terminüberwachung, Mahnwesen und Eskalation — du sorgst dafür, dass Lieferungen ankommen, wann sie sollen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und internen Bedarfsträgern — du bist die Schnittstelle
  • Datenpflege und Reporting im System — sauber, zuverlässig, nachvollziehbar

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Disposition, Materialwirtschaft oder Auftragsabwicklung — Berufseinsteiger nach dem Studium sind herzlich willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise — du behältst auch bei hohem Vorgangsvolumen den Überblick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit — du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, nicht nur mit Systemen
  • Englischkenntnisse im Lieferantenkontakt sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
