Werde Teil unserer Schaltzentrale – als Technischer Vertriebsprofi (m/w/d) im Innendienst Standort: Reichelsheim Bereich: Projektvertrieb Elektrotechnik – Schaltschränke, Zählereinheiten & Verteiler

Deine Story bei uns Stell dir vor, dein Tag beginnt nicht mit trockenen Zahlen, sondern mit echten Projekten. Ein Kunde aus dem Handwerk ruft an – er plant ein neues Mehrfamilienhaus. Es geht um Zählerschränke, Unterverteilungen, vielleicht sogar um Ladepunkte für E-Mobilität. Du hörst zu, stellst die richtigen Fragen und verstehst, was gebraucht wird. Dann beginnt dein Part: Du planst das Projekt, arbeitest technische Lösungen aus, stimmst dich mit der Produktion ab und kalkulierst den Preis. Wenn alles passt, machst du aus einer Idee ein konkretes Projekt – und aus einem Kontakt einen zufriedenen Kunden.

Dein Alltag bei uns

  • Du arbeitest über unser Ticketsystem an unterschiedlichen Projekten – vom Standardverteiler bis zur Sonderlösung.
  • Du bewegst dich zwischen zwei Themenwelten: klassischer Schaltschrankbau & moderne Energielösungen (Ladeinfrastruktur, Photovoltaik, Gebäudesteuerung, Energiemanagement).
  • Du greifst selbst zum Hörer – Akquise light: keine Massenanrufe, sondern gezielte Gespräche mit bestehenden Kontakten, die einfach jemanden brauchen, der ihr Problem technisch versteht.
  • Du bleibst eng mit der Produktion im Austausch, um Lösungen technisch und preislich rund zu machen.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit Du musst kein Professor der Elektrodynamik sein – Hauptsache, du hast Bock auf Technik. Wenn du gern verstehst, wie Strom „den richtigen Weg findet“, bist du bei uns richtig.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in / Elektroniker:in (z. B. Energie- oder Gebäudetechnik) oder
  • Weiterbildung als Techniker:in / Meister:in, oder
  • Studium in Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit technischem Schwerpunkt

Außerdem:

  • Erfahrung (oder Interesse) im Schaltanlagenbau, Zählerschrankbau oder Unterverteilungen
  • Kenntnisse in PV-, Ladeinfrastruktur- oder Energiemanagement-Systemen sind ein Plus aber kein Muss
  • Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und kannst sie klar erklären – das ist dein Vertriebstalent
