Dein Thema

Logistikprozesse verursachen Kosten – aber weißt du wirklich, wie viel eine einzelne Kommissionierung, ein Wareneingang oder eine Retoure tatsächlich kostet? Genau das wollen wir gemeinsam herausfinden.

In deiner Abschlussarbeit entwickelst du ein praxisnahes Prozesskostenmodell für unsere Logistik. Du arbeitest mit echten Daten, sprichst direkt mit den Menschen im Prozess und lieferst am Ende ein Ergebnis, das nicht in der Schublade landet – sondern Teil unserer Unternehmenssteuerung wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozessaufnahme & Ist-Analyse: Du nimmst unsere zentralen Logistikprozesse auf (Wareneingang, Lagerung, Kommissionierung, Versand) und dokumentierst sie strukturiert.
  • Kostentreiber identifizieren: Du klassifizierst Tätigkeiten nach leistungsmengeninduzierten (lmi) und leistungsmengenneutralen (lmn) Aktivitäten und leitest Kostentreiber ab.
  • Prozesskostensätze berechnen: Auf Basis realer Unternehmenskennzahlen berechnest du differenzierte Prozesskostensätze je Prozessschritt.
  • Modell entwickeln: Du baust ein übertragbares PKR-Modell – idealerweise als Excel-Tool oder BI-Dashboard-Vorlage.
  • Vergleich & Benchmarking: Du setzt die Prozesskostenrechnung ins Verhältnis zu klassischen Verfahren (Zuschlagskalkulation, Deckungsbeitragsrechnung) und zeigst die Vorteile auf.
  • Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten: Du präsentierst deine Ergebnisse vor dem Management und gibst konkrete, umsetzbare Empfehlungen zur Kostenoptimierung.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management – mit Schwerpunkt Logistik und befindest dich im letzten Studienjahr (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Du interessierst dich für Kostenrechnung, Controlling und Prozessoptimierung – nicht nur theoretisch, sondern auch in der Praxis
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar aufbereiten
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen sind ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das wäre ein Bonus:

  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Logistik- oder Industrieumfeld (Praktikum, Werkstudium)
  • Kenntnisse in BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Englischkenntnisse für die Auswertung internationaler Quellen
