The posting

En tant qu' Account Manager H/F, rattaché(e) directement au Directeur des Ventes, vous aurez la charge de développer les relations commerciales entre Jiliti et ses clients et / ou partenaires.

À ce titre, vous serez garant(e) du développement de votre portefeuille clients (fidélisation clients et prospection).

LES MISSIONS

Développement commercial

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients existant
  • Prospecter de nouveaux comptes (grands comptes, ETI, PME) sur le territoire confié
  • Élaborer des propositions commerciales sur mesure
  • Répondre aux appels d’offres et soutenances commerciales

Conseil & vente de solutions

  • Identifier les besoins techniques clients en lien avec les équipes avant-vente
  • Promouvoir les offres de maintenance, cloud, services managés, renouvellement hardware multi-constructeurs (serveurs, baies, équipements réseaux…)
  • Argumenter sur la valeur ajoutée des offres (SLA, disponibilité, éco-responsabilité)

Pilotage de l’activité

  • Assurer le suivi des ventes, des marges et des objectifs
  • Tenir à jour Salesforce pour le reporting d’activité commerciale
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, projets, ADV et marketing

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans sur un poste de Commercial, idéalement dans le secteur de la vente de solutions IT
  • Une connaissance des écosystèmes Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp, etc. est un plus
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B obligatoirement car des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir
  • Vous justifiez d'un niveau d’anglais professionnel

LE PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT

1- Appel téléphonique de 10mn avec notre Responsable Recrutement pour valider les premiers éléments

2- Entretien visio, toujours avec notre Responsable Recrutement, afin d'approfondir sur votre parcours professionnel et aspirations.

3- Entretien dans les locaux avec le Directeur des Régions.
