En tant que Technicien de maintenance Infrastructures IT itinérant H/F basé (e) à Nantes et sa région, vous participez au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures IT de nos clients (en itinérance), dans le respect de nos engagements contractuels.

LES MISSIONS

  • Maintenir les équipements informatiques (qualification, diagnostic, dépannage)
  • Installer les équipements informatiques (serveurs, stockage, librairies, etc.)
  • Réaliser diverses prestations annexes (upgrades matériels, migration d’OS, transfert de site, etc.)
  • Gérer la relation client et les opérations techniques (suivi technique, visites, comptes-rendus)
  • Prendre en charge l’intégralité du processus de résolution des interventions de maintenance : appel du client, analyse, diagnostic, planification de l’intervention et résolution du problème
  • Maintenir en condition opérationnelle les équipements des clients

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 type BTS / DUT “Informatique et Réseaux”
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en maintenance et installations informatiques, serveur, réseaux, stockage.
  • Vous disposez d'un anglais opérationnel (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Vous êtes en possession de votre permis B, en cours de validité, indispensable pour ce poste
