Rattaché(e) à la Business Line Cloud & Services Managés, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualification des besoins clients, la construction des offres et le support aux équipes commerciales, en apportant une forte valeur de conseil.

Vous intervenez sur des projets à forts enjeux mêlant cloud hybride, infogérance, services managés, sauvegarde, PRA/PCA, réseau, sécurité et performance.

LES MISSIONS

  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales européennes dans la qualification des besoins clients et la compréhension des enjeux techniques, métiers, réglementaires et de souveraineté
  • Concevoir et formaliser des infrastructure hybrides et souveraines (cloud hybrid / IaaS) adaptées aux attentes de nos clients européens
  • Définir les stratégies de sauvegarde, PRA et PCA en cohérence avec les risques clients et les SLA attendus
  • Construire les propositions techniques et financières (offres, chiffrages, soutenances, réponses à appels d’offres)
  • Être force de proposition sur les choix d’architecture et sur les sujets de virtualisation, stockage, sauvegarde, PRA/PCA, IaaS, les modèles de services et les engagements associés
  • Participer aux soutenances clients et aux échanges techniques avancés
  • Contribuer à l’évolution des offres Cloud & Services Managés (catalogue, packaging, positionnement) en portant la voix des clients et en relayant leurs besoins, les cas d’usage à forte valeur ajoutée du quotidien et les idées innovantes issues du terrain
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des directions commerciales, marketing, techniques et opérationnelles

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous avez une formation type Bac+5 en informatique / systèmes / réseaux / cloud / infrastructure IT (école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent)
  • Vous disposez d'une solide expérience, entre 3 et 7 ans en avant‑vente, architecture ou ingénierie sur des environnements cloud
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bonne connaissance des environnements :

o Cloud privé et hybride

o Virtualisation et Infrastructures IaaS (compute, stockage, sauvegarde, réseau)

o Sauvegarde, PRA/PCA

o Services managés, infogérance, SLA, ITIL

  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans les échanges clients, avec une forte capacité de vulgarisation et de conseil
