En tant que Technicien de maintenance immobilière H/F et rattaché(e) directement à la Responsable des Services Généraux, votre rôle est d'être en charge des services généraux des agences nationales de Jiliti, avec un focus sur les agences d'Ile-de-France.

LES MISSIONS

A noter que des déplacements réguliers en Ile-de-France et ponctuels en Province sont à prévoir

  • Gestion quotidienne des incidents, demandes et prestations liés aux services généraux
  • Gestion des accès : délivrance des badges, restriction des accès
  • Réalisation de petits travaux de réparation
  • Gestion des travaux : sélection des prestataires, cotations, suivi des travaux et des devis …
  • Gestion du mobilier : sélection et achat, distribution, inventaire des stocks
  • Gestion des déménagements : conception de plans, établissement des états des lieux et suivi de projet…
  • Gestion de la relation avec les référents sites

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Vous avez votre permis B (pré requis obligatoire) car des déplacements régulier en Ile-de-France et ponctuels en Province sont à prévoir
  • Vous disposez des compétences techniques nécessaires pour réaliser par vous-même de petits travaux de réparation (habilitation électrique nécessaire, possible de la repasser une fois en poste)

2- Entretien visio, toujours avec notre Responsable Recrutement, afin d'approfondir sur votre parcours professionnel et aspirations.

3- Entretien dans nos locaux avec le Manager opérationnel
