Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale, le Chef de Projet Immobilier est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle, technique et qualitative des projets immobiliers, depuis la phase d’etude jusqu'à la livraison. Il pilote les différents intervenants, s’assure du respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité d’exécution des travaux, et du bon ordonnancement des opérations. Responsabilités

1. Gestion de projet

  • Définir les objectifs, le périmètre, les délais et les ressources de chaque projet.
  • Participer a l’elaboration et au suivi du budget.
  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes phases du projet (études, travaux, livraison). Assurer le lien avec les différents acteurs internes et externes (architectes, BET, entreprises, bureaux de contrôle, etc.).

2. Suivi et contrôle des travaux

  • Verifier et suivre la superposition des plans
  • Suivre l’avancement du chantier en lien avec les maîtres d’œuvre et entreprises.
  • S’assurer de la conformité des travaux aux plans et cahiers des charges.
  • S’assurer de la bonne exécution des travaux
  • Mettre en place des procédures de contrôle qualité sur site.
  • Identifier et gérer les non-conformités ou retards.

3. Coordination des prestataires et ordonnancement

  • Planifier et piloter les interventions des différents prestataires (gros œuvre, second œuvre, techniques, etc.).
  • Veiller à la bonne coordination des entreprises pour éviter les chevauchements ou temps morts.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction sur l’avancée du planning.

4. Livraison & clôture

  • Organiser les opérations préalables à la réception (OPR).
  • Suivre les levées de réserves.
  • Participer à la remise des clés et clôturer le projet (bilan, retour d'expérience).

Compétences requises

Techniques :

  • Maîtrise des normes de construction et des réglementations en vigueur.
  • Maîtrise du logiciel AutoCAD.
  • Connaissance des logiciels BIM (apprécié mais non obligatoire)
  • Connaissance des outils de planification (MS Project, Gantt, etc.).
  • Bonne culture technique en bâtiment tous corps d’état (TCE).
  • Pratique du suivi de chantier et du contrôle qualité.

Savoir-être :

  • Organisation et rigueur.
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes externes.
  • Réactivité et sens des priorités.
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Savoir être force de proposition.
  • Autonome.
  • Capacite a communiquer clairement a loral comme a lecrit.

Formation & expérience

  • Formation Bac+5 en ingénierie, génie civil, urbanisme ou immobilier.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projet immobilier ou suivi de travaux.
  • Expérience dans la conduite des travaux tous corps d’etat
