Ce que tu apprendras chez nous et ce que tu pourras accomplir :

  • Soutien à la saisie, vérification et imputation des factures fournisseurs
  • Aide à la réconciliation des comptes fournisseurs et à la gestion des données de base des créanciers
  • Soutien à la préparation et à la validation des paiements
  • Aide à l-établissement des clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles
  • Création et mise à jour d-analyses et de rapports (par ex. synthèses des coûts, comparaisons budget-réel)
  • Soutien à l-analyse des écarts et à la préparation des indicateurs clés
  • Participation à l-optimisation des processus en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion
  • Tâches administratives générales dans le domaine financier

Ce que tu apportes

  • Étudiant(e) en finance, contrôle de gestion ou économie d-entreprise, ou personne en reconversion intéressée par une orientation professionnelle dans la finance
  • Forte affinité informatique et plaisir à utiliser des outils numériques et Excel
  • Capacité d-analyse et grande aisance avec les chiffres
  • Méthode de travail structurée, précise et autonome
  • Personnalité responsable, fiable et orientée travail en équipe

Atouts

  • Premières expériences avec des systèmes ERP ou un logiciel de comptabilité
  • Intérêt pour l-optimisation des processus et l-automatisation dans le domaine financier
  • Envie de se familiariser avec de nouvelles applications numériques (par ex. Power BI, macros Excel ou solutions cloud)
