Wir wollen als Schule ein Ort sein, wo begeistertes Lehren und Lernen, Forschen und Begegnung passiert. Stillstand und Langeweile gibt es bei uns nicht!

Aufgaben ###

- Sie sind das Gesicht der Schule gegenüber den Kindern, Eltern und der Bevölkerung; - Sie leiten und unterstützen die Lehrpersonen in ihrem beruflichen Alltag; - Sie sorgen für optimale Rahmenbedingungen, damit sich die Lehrpersonen weiterentwickeln und weiterbilden können; - Sie gestalten die Organisation unserer Schule massgeblich mit; - Sie gehen Pädagogik mit einem Herz für Kinder an; - Sie unterrichten und fördern Kinder mit einer grossen Portion Leidenschaft; - Sie schaffen Vertrauen als Lehrperson.

Anforderungen ###

- Abgeschlossenes DAS «Schule leiten» oder gleichwertige Ausbildung; - Sie sind flexibel und offen für Neues; - Sie sind bereit, an einer kleinen, ländlich geprägten Schule zu unterrichten; - Sie bringen Motivation und Einsatzfreude für die Arbeit mit den Schülerinnen und Schülern und dem Kollegium mit; - Sie haben ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen von Kindern, Eltern und Lehrpersonen und trauen sich das erfolgreiche Führen von auch mal kniffligen Gesprächen zu; - Es bereitet Ihnen Freude, eine kleine Dorfschule prägen und massgeblich mitgestalten zu können.
