TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ##

En sus du traitement des patients en chirurgie orthopédique, vous serez amené-e à seconder le chef de service dans la gestion des ressources ainsi que de le remplacer durant ses absences en adéquation avec les valeurs et objectifs du service et de la clinique.

VOTRE PROFIL ##

  • Infirmier-ère diplômé-e avec une expérience confirmée de plusieurs années
  • Diplôme d'expert-e en soins intensifs
  • Motivé-e à développer des compétences en gestion d-équipe
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Capacité à transmettre les informations essentielles à l-équipe
  • Ayant un grand sens de l-écoute ainsi que de l-empathie
  • Doté d-un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Flexible et investi dans votre fonction vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et motivant qui demande autonomie et sens de l-anticipation
