2 coordinateur·trice ESU (Equipe de soutien d’urgence) à 20% chacun·e L'Equipe de Soutien d'Urgence (ESU) est un service de l’Eglise catholique du canton de Vaud et de l’Eglise évangélique réformée du canton de Vaud, reconnu par le Réseau national d'aide psychologique d'urgence (RNAPU). En collaboration étroite avec les services d'urgence, notamment la Police cantonale vaudoise, l'ESU assure un soutien psychosocial aux personnes confrontées à des événements critiques. Afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de ce dispositif disponible 24 heures sur 24, le·la coordinateur·trice assure la coordination opérationnelle de l'ESU, participe aux interventions, accompagne les équipiers et développe les collaborations avec les partenaires institutionnels. Il·elle contribue également au pilotage stratégique du service en lien avec les autorités concernées. En vue de préparer le départ à la retraite du titulaire, l’ESU recherche deux personnes afin de se partager la fonction de : coordinateur·trice ESU (Equipe de soutien d’urgence) à 20% chacun·e (taux d’activité total : 40%) Activités principales : Assurer la coordination opérationnelle et administrative de l'ESU. Organiser les gardes, les supervisions, les formations et assurer le suivi des équipiers. Participer aux interventions et conduire le dispositif lors d'événements majeurs ou de situations complexes. Assurer la gestion administrative du service (plannings, statistiques, rapports, budget et ressources matérielles). Développer et entretenir les collaborations avec les partenaires institutionnels, les réseaux spécialisés et le comité stratégique. Représenter l'ESU auprès des partenaires, des autorités, des médias et promouvoir sa mission. Contribuer au développement des compétences des équipiers et à l'amélioration continue du dispositif. Profil recherché : Formation de spécialiste selon les critères du RNAPU (Réseau national d’aide psychologique d’urgence) ou formation similaire (master en psychologie, médecine ou théologie). Formation théologique reconnue par les Eglises. Une expérience en ministère ecclésial et en soutien d’urgence indispensable. Solides compétences en gestion de crise, psychologie d’urgence et/ou formation d’adultes, ainsi que de très bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de résistance au stress. Aptitude à travailler en réseau avec des partenaires institutionnels et exercer ses responsabilités avec autonomie et discernement. Grande flexibilité requise, les horaires étant adaptés en fonction des interventions. Lieu de travail : Principalement à domicile, en télétravail. Déplacements dans le canton de Vaud.
