Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung der Windows-Infrastruktur
  • Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen und vielfältigen Projekten
  • Koordinieren der Anfragen mit den zuständigen Support Leveln sowie den Geschäftspartnern
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege des aktuellen Wissensstandes auf den bestehenden sowie künftig geplanten Dienstleistungen als Basis für eine kompetente, freundliche und effiziente Beratung von Kunden
  • Betreuung und Administration der Infrastruktur
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Informatiker EFZ oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd-Level-Support erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse mit Microsoft-Produkten, Server/Clients und Virtualisierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit VMware
  • Freundliche, zuverlässige und teamfähige Person, die hektischen Situationen gewachsen ist
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
