Vos tâches, responsabilités et compétences

  • Assumer la responsabilité du backoffice en collaboration avec l-équipe
  • Notification et facturation des envois à l-export
  • Responsable d-un traitement fluide des commandes (confirmations de commande, suivi des commandes, déclenchement des commandes)
  • Gestion des clients dans les domaines de la notification, des retours et des réparations
  • Participation aux réunions commerciales et aux salons
  • Prise en charge de diverses tâches au backoffice

Votre profil et vos compétences

Qualifications professionnelles :

  • Diplôme dans le domaine commercial
  • Expérience dans le domaine de l-export exigée
  • Très bonnes connaissances écrites et orales en allemand et en français (niveau C1)
  • Maîtrise complète de la suite MS Office

  • Goût pour les défis et capacité à garder la tête froide même dans des situations stressantes
  • Esprit d-équipe avec une grande résistance au stress
