Il est porté par les trois principaux acteurs des régions linguistiques (alter ego / Pro Senectute Ticino e Moesano et l'Unabhängige Beschwerdestelle für das Alter UBA). Il informe, sensibilise et met en réseau les organisations spécialisées, et garantit aux personnes concernées conseil et soutien par le biais de permanences spécialisées. Le Centre de compétence national gère un secrétariat doté d'un soutien administratif. \\À partir du ou date à convenir, nous cherchons\\ ---------------------------------------------------- \\un directeur/une directrice (60%)\\ ------------------------------------- Grâce à votre travail, vous contribuez à ce que les personnes âgées confrontées à des situations de vie difficiles reçoivent du soutien : vous assurez le lien entre les personnes concernées et les permanences spécialisées, vous sensibilisez à la problématique de la violence envers les personnes âgées dans toute la Suisse, et vous développez et consolidez la coordination et la mise en réseau des organisations, institutions et acteurs spécialisés dans ce domaine. En tant que directeur/directrice, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle de l'organisation, développez le Centre de compétence et renforcez, grâce à un travail de relations publiques et de communication, la présence et l'impact de l'organisation. Vous êtes responsable des finances et entretenez des contacts étroits avec les organismes responsables et les bailleurs de fonds de l'organisation. Vous êtes responsable de la coordination interne des permanences des régions linguistiques et encadrez la collaboratrice administrative. Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personnalité engagée, disposant d'un bon réseau et d'une sensibilité aux questions sociales. Vous avez une formation en gestion d'entreprise et de l'expérience dans la direction d'une organisation à but non lucratif. De l'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des personnes âgées, de même que dans le domaine de la communication et du marketing, constitue un atout. Vous maîtrisez la communication numérique (newsletters, réseaux sociaux). Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome et appréciez le travail stratégique, en concertation avec le comité. Vous avez de l'aisance pour communiquer dans plusieurs langues : vous êtes bilingue (allemand/français) ou possédez de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue, et le défi d'une communication trilingue (allemand/français/italien) ne vous fait pas peur.
