Deine Rolle ##

  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Abacus-Module SVM (Service & Vertragsmanagement) und PROJ (Projektverwaltung) 
  • Du analysierst Prozesse, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst passende Lösungen 
  • Du führst Projekte eigenverantwortlich durch - von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live 
  • Du parametrierst, testest und sorgst dafür, dass Lösungen im Alltag überzeugen 
  • Du führst Workshops und Schulungen durch und wirst zur vertrauensvollen Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden 
  • Du bringst dein Wissen und deine Ideen aktiv in unser Team und unsere Weiterentwicklung ein

Dein Profil ##

  • Erfahrung mit Abacus erforderlich - idealerweise mit den Modulen SVM und/oder PROJ 
  • Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten 
  • Verständnis für betriebliche Prozesse und deren digitale Umsetzung 
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse 
  • Offenheit, Neues zu lernen und gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern
