Unser Kunde ist ein ISO-zertifiziertes und bestens etabliertes Generalunternehmen für Software- und Hardwarelösungen. Der Vertrieb, die Implementierung, Schulung und Support von ERP-Software (ABACUS) zählt zu den Kernkompetenzen unseres Auftraggebers. Das Unternehmen konnte sich aufgrund einer konsequenten Fokussierung auf eine qualitativ hochstehende Beratungs- und Servicequalität, eine sehr gute Marktposition erarbeiten und beschäftigt aktuell rund 25 Mitarbeitende.

Zur Erweiterung des bestehenden Beraterteams, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach einer bzw. einem

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mithilfe und selbständige Durchführung von ABACUS-Einführungsprojekten mit Fokus Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Abklärung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Beratung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten für die Umsetzung mittels ABACUS Software
  • Durchführung von ABACUS Anwender-Schulungen, in der Regel individuell direkt vor Ort bei Ihrem Kunden oder via Remote-Zugriff
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung der Schulungsunterlagen und Information über anstehende oder aktuelle Software-Updates
  • 1st-Level Kundensupport

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z.B. als Finanzbuchhalter oder Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung) und sind bilanz- und abschlusssicher
  • Sie beraten kompetent und fachkundig, um die kontinuierliche Betreuung der Kundschaft und deren Bindung an das Unternehmen sicherzustellen
  • Sie schätzen den direkten und persönlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Sie sind IT-affin und verfügen über Anwendererfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Projekterfahrung, technisches Flair und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit über den Tellerrand zu blicken, eine vernetzte Denkweise sowie ein profundes betriebswirtschaftliches Knowhow
