Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unsere Key Customer kompetent berät, Prozesse analysiert und eine erfolgreiche Implementierung sicherstellt.

Deine Rolle bei uns

  • Du berätst unsere Grosskunden bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Abacus\-Software
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden analysierst du bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst praxistaugliche Lösungskonzepte
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, konzipierst die optimale Umsetzung und parametrierst die Abacus\-Lösung entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Du leitest selbstständig Kundenprojekte oder Teilprojekte und koordinierst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du führst Workshops, Anwenderschulungen und Präsentationen durch und begleitest deine Kunden von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go\-live
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt du deine Kunden auch nach der Einführung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und beim Einsatz neuer Funktionen

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe
  • Gute bis sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Abacus in Modulen aus dem wertschöpfenden Bereich ( ABEA) und/oder AbaBau
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Freude daran, kundenorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (HF, FH oder eidg. Fachausweis) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten, eine ausgeprägte Beratungs\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten zu übernehmen
  • Bereitschaft zur standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
